Jun Hui LEE

Ms. Jun Hui Lee joined Jipyong LLC in 2021 as the Head of the ESG Center’s Strategy Group, leading ESG and sustainable management strategy consulting. Since 2024, she has been serving as the Head of the Management Consulting Center, refining Jipyong’s consulting services by leveraging the firm’s strengths and expertise. Her advisory approach extends beyond risk management to delivering comprehensive growth strategy roadmaps, offering a One Stop Solution for clients.
At the Management Consulting Center, she is driving the expansion of key service areas, including ESS (ESG & Sustainability Strategy), GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance), GTM (Go to Market), and HR/HC (Human Resource/Human Capital). She works closely with specialists across these fields to develop differentiated consulting frameworks and deliver optimal solutions tailored to clients’ needs.

With extensive expertise in ESG and sustainable management strategies, Ms. Lee combines perspectives from both accounting and law firms to advise clients on market entry strategies, organizational operations, regulatory compliance, and internal controls in response to evolving ESG paradigms. Additionally, she actively supports ESG disclosure, data management systems, and strategic investor communications, while fostering successful collaboration models with data-driven digital management solution partners.
She provides customized consulting for corporate strategy, safety & environment, procurement, audit, legal, HR, production, sales & marketing, and new business & investment divisions, enhancing market competitiveness and optimizing operational efficiency. Her approach prioritizes maximizing the impact and sustainability of consulting outcomes.

Ms. Lee holds a degree in International Trade and Development and has accumulated extensive experience across national research institutes, accounting firms, and law firms. She possesses in-depth expertise in Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) and non-financial & ESG risk management, providing strategic insights to C-suite executives and serving as an advisor to multiple corporations and institutions.
