Hyeontak Song is an attorney at Jipyong LLC, where his practice focuses on white-collar crime, public investigations, and anti-corruption matters. Prior to joining Jipyong, he served as a prosecutor for approximately 11 years across major jurisdictions including Seoul, Suwon, Busan, Daegu, and Pohang. Throughout his distinguished tenure at the Prosecution Service, he built extensive experience in handling complex investigations and trials involving corporate misconduct and public sector corruption.

In particular, Mr. Song developed robust expertise in corporate economic crimes and labor-related offenses, including industrial accident cases, while serving in major industrial hubs such as Suwon and Busan, home to key national industries and major corporations. He also led numerous high-profile investigations into election law violations and bribery allegations involving incumbent members of the National Assembly. In addition, he has extensive investigative experience across diverse fields such as finance and taxation, having successfully handled corruption cases involving executives of real estate asset management companies associated with private equity companies, as well as bribery cases involving officers and employees of financial institutions.
