As a member of Jipyong's Global Business Group, Mr. Jung Tae Jung is an expert in the Southeast Asia region with extensive experience in the region. He advises companies on various international transactions, including M&A and general corporate matters, PF and real estate development projects, investment by Korean companies and funds in Southeast Asia, bond issuance, loans and other financial transactions.

In particular, as a member of Jipyong's Vietnam Team, Mr. Jung has been advising Korean companies' expansions to Vietnam, on matters such as joint ventures, real estate development and the IT business in Vietnam from Jipyong's Ho Chi Minh office since 2011. Since 2024, Mr. Jung Tae JUNG has been serving as the director of Southeast Asia Legal Support Center, providing legal advice on matters such as the entry, investment, and disputes of Korean companies in neighboring Southeast Asian countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines, where no branch offices have been established. As the Head of the Overseas Branch Team, Mr. Jung oversees legal services related to overseas investment by Korean companies through Jipyong's overseas branches and network of foreign law firms. He has been a member of Jipyong LLC since 2006 and is currently a partner and director of Southeast Asia Legal Support Center.
