As a member of Jipyong's Global Business Group, Mr. Jung Tae Jung is an expert in the Southeast Asia region with extensive experience in the region. He advises companies on various international transactions, including M&A and general corporate matters, PF and real estate development projects, investment by Korean companies and funds in Southeast Asia, bond issuance, loans and other financial transactions.

In particular, as a member of Jipyong's Vietnam Team, Mr. Jung has been advising Korean companies' expansions to Vietnam, on matters such as joint ventures, real estate development and the IT business in Vietnam from Jipyong's Ho Chi Minh office since 2011. Since 2024, he has been the head of the Southeast Asia Legal Support Center, providing legal advice to Korean companies in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, and other neighboring Southeast Asian countries that have not established branches.
