Ms. Eunji Han brings approximately 12 years of experience as a public prosecutor, having served in Seoul, Suwon, Changwon, Chuncheon, and Seongnam. During this time, she developed broad experience in investigations and trials involving corporate criminal matters, and public investigation. In particular, in Suwon and Changwon where many of Korea’s key national industries and major corporations are located, she focused on corporate and economic crimes, industrial accident cases, and labor matters such as illegal worker dispatch. She also accumulated extensive investigative experience in cases involving elections and political funds of incumbent members of Korea’s National Assembly.

After leaving the Seoul Central District Prosecutors’ Office in July 2024, Ms. Han joined Jipyong, where she draws on her professional prosecutorial background and command of advanced investigative methods, including digital forensics. She currently serves as Deputy Head of the Digital Forensics Center and is actively engaged with the firm’s Continued Listing Advisory Center and Industrial Accidents & Safety Center.
