Mr. Jin Kwon Kim was directly hired by Mr. Woo Jung Kim, the former Chairman of Daewoo Group at the time when companies’ open recruitment was not available to those who were involved in political affairs in Korea. At the Romania office of Daewoo Motor, he worked as a factory manager and sales manager in charge of manufacture and sales processes.

After returning from Romania, Mr. Kim served as a legislative assistant at the National Assembly for 10 years, supporting legislative activities of the Chairman of Legislation, Judiciary Committee and the Legislation and Judiciary Committee and the Knowledge and Economy Committee.

Also, as an elected chairman of legislative assistance of the Grand National Party, he represented the rights and interests of the legislative assistances in the National Assembly.

Thereafter, he studied law at Chonnam National University Law School until 2013.

At Jipyong, he is advising clients in the area of legislation and public corporation based on his extended experience, know-hows and legal knowledge.
