Ms. Ji Hye LEE, a partner at JIPYONG LLC, has been providing legal advisory services in M&A, corporate acquisitions through PEFs, general corporate matters, and the capital market as part of Jipyong’s advisory group.

Based on her extensive experience in advising clients on impact investing and corporate governance, she often cooperates with the members of JIPYONG ESG Center to provide legal advice on environment, governance, compliance, and corporate sustainability.

Starting in 2025, she is based at Jipyong’s Budapest office, where she supports Korean companies with legal matters across various areas, including M&A, joint ventures, labor issues, environmental regulations, and EU compliance.
