Sun Kuk KIM

Mr. Sun Kuk Kim serves as head of the Criminal Defense Group, where his practice focuses on corporate crimes, financial and anti-corruption cases, media and defamation cases, trade secrets cases, compliance, and internal investigations.

Based on his experience as a police officer for 5 years, during which he investigated a wide range of crimes such as economic crimes, Mr. Kim has achieved successful outcomes in responding to police investigations.

After passing the National Bar Examination in 2013, Mr. Kim served as a law clerk at both Seoul Central District Court and Seoul High Court, and completed his LL.M. at Keio University Law School in Japan.
