Ms. Jae Min Youn is a Partner in the Advisory Group (Finance). She advises clients on financial arrangements, including domestic and cross-border project financing, PFV, and rehabilitation procedures.

Ms. Youn’s representative matters include advising on the incorporation, operation, and financing of PFVs for various development projects, representing the administrator in the rehabilitation procedure, advising on various PF (including secured loan), and advising on investment in a fuel cell business.

Advised on various development projects, including a PF loan of KRW 2 trillion for the K-Project in Seongsu-dong, a mixed-use development project to develop the Crafton New Building on the site of the former E-Mart headquarters in Seongsu-dong, a PF loan of KRW 780 billion for the Sampyeong-dong office site development project in Pangyo, a PF loan of KRW 890 billion for the Check District redevelopment project, a PF loan of KRW 1.32 trillion for the former Renaissance Hotel site development project, etc.
Advised project developers on incorporation, operation, and financing of PFVs in Eulji-ro, Jung-gu, Sinmunno, Gaepo-dong, Cheongdam-dong, Icheon-si, Haeundae-gu Jung-dong and U-dong, Gangneung, Suwon, etc.
Provided legal services related to the workout of construction companies including Taeyoung Construction, etc.
Represented the administrator of Hwaseung (Current Name: DNACT) in the rehabilitation procedure (including the claim allowance proceeding) and the whole rehabilitation procedure from applying for rehabilitation to obtaining approval; Advised and represented the administrator of Cretem Co., Ltd. and Fortis Inc. in connection with the rehabilitation procedure (including M&A)
Advised on financial agreements related to rehabilitation procedures, including preparation of amendment agreements due to the rehabilitation of a trustor of a monetary claim trust for accounts receivable
Provided legal services related to hydrogen fuel cell projects, including exports to China, investment in the Wangsin-ri fuel cell power generation project in Gyeongju, and fuel cell power generation projects in the Dongchuncheon Industrial Complex in Gangwon Province
Advised on PF and purchase of logistics centers at Icheon, Inheon, Cheonan, Anseong, etc.
Advised on financial arrangements and project financing for the acquisition of the Daechi-dong development project, hotel capital, and Mok-dong KT Center, etc.
Advised Korea Asset Management Corporation and Local urban corporations on development projects
Advised on project financing of projects for park development at Suwon, Cheongju, Wonju, and Uijeongbu
Advised Central Motek, JLK Inspection, Wooyang, THiRa-Utech, and newtree, etc. on their listings
Advised on financial arrangements to raise funds such as Formula E championship, etc.
Represented the Korea’s export-import bank on the guarantee of issuance of the Guaranteed Senior Capital Securities by Doosan Power Systems S.A.
