Mr. Nam Ki Chae is widely regarded as a leading expert in Korea’s securities markets, having served for 32 years at the Korea Exchange. During this time, he was recognized as the expert who has led the globalization of the Korean securities market by developing and implementing various securities market trading systems and advancing market deregulation. Based on his in-depth knowledge of the securities market trading and settlement systems—from investor order to final settlement—and extensive hands-on experience in market operations, Mr. Chae provides specialized and differentiated services for resolving a wide range of disputes related to trading that may arise in the market.

After being promoted to an executive position at the Korea Exchange, Mr. Chae served as a member of both the KOSDAQ Market Disclosure Committee and the Listing Eligibility Review Committee, where he directly reviewed various corporate cases. Drawing on these experiences, he provides appropriate and effective response measures tailored to the circumstances of listed companies designated as the companies with unfaithful disclosure or the companies subject to a delisting examination for listing eligibility.

Furthermore, through his experience as an executive at the Korea Exchange, where he was in charge of listing recruitment, and as chairman of the Korea IR Association for over two years after his retirement, he gained an understanding of various challenges faced by companies undergoing the listing. These experiences enabled him to provide successful IPO strategies to companies planning to list on the exchange.

From 2001 to 2003, Mr. Chae was dispatched to the Securities Supervision Division of the Financial Supervisory Commission as a representative of the Korea Stock Exchange, actively participating in deciding government policies related to the capital market, where he gained a deeper understanding of the government's policy directions. This experience informs his ability to propose appropriate response strategies for companies based on changes in the government's capital market policies.
