As the Head of the Construction & Real Estate Practice, Won JEONG leads the Construction and Real Estate Group, and oversees all aspects of the practice, including construction, REITs, real estate finance, urban redevelopment projects, and urban regeneration. He has delivered strong results, in particular, urban redevelopment and renewal matters—ranging from reconstruction and redevelopment projects to large-scale urban regeneration developments identifying market-leading strategies and the key legal issues in these areas.
In addition to his practice, Won JEONG has served as President of the Construction and Urban Development Law Association and currently serves as an advisory committee member for the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and the Seoul Metropolitan Government, reinforcing his reputation as a leading expert in the construction and real estate sector.
