Mr. Woon Bae Jeon as Senior Advisor joined Jipyong in August 2024, who passed the 30th civil service examination and entered the public service in 1986 and has since worked as a labor expert, handling key tasks at the Ministry of Employment and Labor, and the Labor Relations Commission.

Mr. Jeon has a broad range of experience and understanding of matters concerning the Ministry of Employment and Labor, the Presidential Office, and the National Assembly, having served as the Labor Relations Administrative Officer at the Blue House, Labor Attaché at the Korean Embassy in the U.S., Director General of Labor-Management Cooperation Policy, Director of Planning and Coordination, and Chair of the Seoul Regional Labor Relations Commission. He also worked as the Chief Labor Policy Specialist for the Liberty Korea Party.

Before joining Jipyong, Advisor JEON provided labor advisory services at Lee & Go and Dentons Lee, drawing on his extensive experience at the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Labor Relations Commission. He specializes in collective labor relations such as labor unions, labor disputes, and unfair labor practices, as well as individual labor relations including wages, working hours, dismissals, responses to non-regular workers such as dispatched workers, and occupational safety and serious accidents.

With his rich experience in labor policy formulation and implementation, deep understanding of labor relations, and extensive advisory experience, Mr. Jeon will deliver top-notch services to our clients in the areas of human resources, labor relations, and serious accidents.
