As a researcher in a safety and health institute, Mr. Yu Taek Lim has gained practical experience through work environment measurement, evaluation, and consulting work in various industries such as petrochemicals, steel, automobiles, and airlines, and later, as a labor inspector at the Ministry of Employment and Labor and since then, he has worked as a labor inspector at the Ministry of Employment and Labor, where he has provided guidance and supervision of workplaces and investigated serious accidents.

Since joining Jipyong in 2024, he has been engaged in workplace safety and health consulting, including the establishment of a safety and health management system, and in responding to and advising on laws related to the punishment of serious accidents, etc. including the Occupational Safety and Health Act.
