Daniel BONELLO

Daniel Bonello is a foreign attorney at JIPYONG’s Global Disputes Resolution Team. He is qualified as a Solicitor of England and Wales and focuses his practice on cross-border dispute resolution, including international arbitration and international litigation, and regularly advises clients on corporate and commercial related matters.

Daniel holds a Master’s in International Relations from the University of Cambridge in the UK and a Bachelor’s in Law from Lancaster University Law School in the UK. He is also a candidate for a Doctorate in Law at Seoul National University School of Law.

Daniel commenced his career at SENS Innovation, a European Electronics Company, where he worked on in-house corporate, commercial and financial advisory assignments. Later, Daniel joined EY’s Strategy and Transactions Service Line, wherein he supported various clients on M&A and Restructuring Transactions in the UK, Europe and the Middle East, in fields including the Telecoms, Hospitality, Pharmaceuticals, Education, Heavy Industry and Finance industries. At EY, Daniel’s clients regularly consisted of Fortune 500 Companies, leading British and European Banks, as well as Middle East Sovereign Wealth Funds and Private Equity Groups. Furthermore, at EY Daniel also formed part of the in-house General Counsel Office Regional Team for Central, Southern and Eastern Europe and Central Asia.

Based on his broad international experience, Daniel delivers innovative legal support to resolve his client’s disputes in the most effective and efficient manner.
