Ms. Bui Thi Mai advises on a wide range of Vietnamese laws as member of Jipyong’s Hanoi office.

Ms. Mai has particular expertise in banking and finance and has experience providing a wide range of advice in business operations of financial institutions in Vietnam, including drafting internal regulations and transaction forms for Vietnam’s leading banks, finance companies and securities companies. She also advises on project finance, capital market transactions and is an active law lecturer, having lectured the executives and employees of Vietnam’s leading banks on finance laws for a long time.
