Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong has more than 12 years of experience in investment and corporate advisory work. Her experience includes, inter alia, M&A, joint ventures and other investment structures, banking and finance transactions, real estate development, dispute resolution and settlements.
Ms. Huong has extensive mastery of Vietnamese law and particular knowledge of Vietnam’s foreign investment regime and on its accession to the WTO. Ms. Huong has been utilizing such expertise of hers to advise the establishment of numerous foreign-invested companies of various industries such as manufacturing, services and real estate in Vietnam.
