Mr. Seok Jae Lee is a Partner in the REITs and REF Group. He has specialized in real estate finance from the outset of his legal career in 2005. He regularly advises on real asset and development project investments through REITs, REFs and PFVs, and in diverse property sectors, including domestic and overseas commercial offices, retail stores, warehouses, hotels, housing facilities, and rental houses, as well as urban environmental regeneration and development projects.

In addition, Mr. Lee’s expertise extends to investments through blind funds, funds of funds, REITs, and financings through listings.

Mr. Lee holds an LL.B. and an LL.M. from Yonsei University.

He is a member of the Korean Bar.
