Mr. Minju Lee obtained his Master of Laws degree from Seoul National University School of Law. He is currently a member of the M&A/Corporate group at Jipyong, where he has handled a wide range of M&A and corporate advisory matters. Mr. Lee has played a leading role in conducting due diligence and negotiating investment agreements—including share transfers, new share subscriptions, and business transfers—thereby contributing to the smooth execution and successful completion of major transactions. In addition, he has managed numerous cross-border transactions and has participated in significant insolvency cases, resolving complex legal issues.
Moreover, Mr. Lee is also a member of the IP/IT Group, the Personal Information, Data & AI Team, and the Bio & Healthcare Team, providing diverse legal advice in the data & AI, pharmaceutical, medical, and healthcare industries. Leveraging his specialized expertise in these sectors, he provides multidisciplinary legal advice to meet the complex needs of his clients.
