After completing the course at the Judicial Research and Training Institute, and being admitted to the bar, Mr. Jae Hyung Shin served at a law firm Hwang Mok Park and Macquarie Korea Infrastructure Fund (as dispatched attorney). Mr. Jae Hyung Shin currently provides consultation and litigation services as a member of the Litigation Group (Construction & Real Estate Group and IP & Technology Group) at JIPYONG LLC. Mr. Shin has been advising on sales of real estate, enforcement of real estate development and rental agreement for many domestic and foreign companies, while representing clients in the litigation related to delivery, payment, and rent and carrying out compulsory execution cases such as reconciliation, auction, sale, and collection before litigation. Mr. Shin comprehensively handles criminal and civil cases, providing advice on the management of personal information and its leakage that occurs in state agencies, public institutions and corporations in relation to the Personal Information Protection Act and the Information and Communications Network Act. Recently, he has shown outstanding performances in the criminal cases relating to economic crimes such as occupational embezzlement, occupational breach of trust, breach of trust or fraud by representatives of companies and public institutions, bribery of former and current public officials or members of the National Assembly, and misconduct of high-ranking officials such as violation of the Public Official Election Act.
