JIPYONG launched its Digital Forensics Team in March 2020, beginning to provide specialized services related to digital evidence analysis. Through continuous development and expansion, the firm officially opened the Digital Forensics Center in November 2023, equipped with state-of-the-art forensic technology to offer more systematic and in-depth technical support and legal services.
The Digital Forensics Center is led by Mr. Sueng Dae Park (Head), who previously served as the Deputy Chief Prosecutor II at the Seoul Southern District Prosecutors’ Office—known for its focus on financial and securities crimes; Ms. Eunji Han (Deputy Head), who has extensive experience in the latest investigation techniques, having served as a prosecutor at the Seoul Central District Prosecutors Office; Mr. Dong Young Lee, an expert in digital forensics who has worked as a prosecutor's IT investigator for many years with a team of experts who have accumulated extensive experience in various fields, including management risk management and compliance establishment through responses to investigative and regulatory agencies and internal audits, responses to hacking and other security breaches, IT security consulting, and e-Discovery for overseas litigation and international arbitration. The Digital Forensics Center provides optimal solutions to our clients through high-level digital evidence analysis.
