All of them have extensive knowledge and expertise in fair trade matters. Mr. Hang-Seok CHANG rose to one of the highest offices at KFTC as Standing Commissioner, after having served as Director of Antitrust and Investigative Bureaus respectively. Ms. Hyeon-Joo YUN has served as a judge at various levels of the Korean judicial system for the past twenty years. Most notably, she was a judge in charge of fair trade matters for the Seoul High Court. Mr. Yeon-Soo JIN has extensive experience with fair trade cases in his roles at the Economic Planning Board and KFTC.
